Lamp Zone USA Return Policy

All Lamp Zone Projector and TV lamps are under warranty for 180 days from shipping date.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, the following conditions apply:

1)  If the lamp and/or lamp assembly is damaged upon receipt of the package, you must notify Lamp Zone USA immediately using the contact form on the homepage.  Please test lamps upon receipt. If your lamp is not functioning, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. We will then email you instructions on how to mail return the lamp to us. 

Please note: If the package was damaged during shipment please contact us within 5 business days. A claim with the shipper cannot be filed after five business days

2)  Your lamp must be returned to Lamp Zone USA before we can begin to process your request for a refund or exchange  (shipping costs in this case, will be the customers responsibility)  A refund will be processed, or a replacement will be shipped, once the defective lamp has been returned and inspected. 

3)  If the item you ordered is not received when you expect it to (based on your shipped packages tracking information) please contact us immediately.  Claims for a lost package can only be submitted for 3 business days after the expected delivery date.

 Warranty does not cover:  Return shipping costs, Damages in any way associated with improper installation, or attempted installation, Damage due to electrical surges or other electrical problems, Damage resulting from improper usage of any kind.
